Eng's Chinese Restaurant

The restaurant was good for the price. We ordered pretty much the usual things... noodles, chicken balls, egg foo young spring rolls and pop. Price would have been cheaper if we didn't order 5 pops. Atmosphere was okay the people were friendly the restaurant itself could have been a little bit cleaner but overall it wasn't a bad place to eat! It's about the only Chinese restaurant along concession and closest to us 👍😝

Always tasty and a good size portion. Doordash delivery is usually fast, delivered within 30 mins. For 14$ for delivery and everything, i get a meal and a drink. Cant go wrong that.

Always friendly and love their food. Best wonton soup around and love their Engs special rice.

Amazing greasy goodness. When you think of good chinese food, this is the place you want to go. This is more of a takeout place, and I often order Eng's on SkipTheDishes, so i have no complaints about food or packaging. Awesome chinese food!

The food is always well prepared and tasty, cashiers gives excellent customer service. I loved how clean it is and atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

Best Chinese food in Hamilton! Fresh and great variety..Owners are awesome family . Best ever Butterflied Shrimp & Lemon Chicken. Everytime I come from North Bay I must go enjoy there food. Nothing like it anywhere else!!

It’s pathetic that I have to give this place 1star. Ordered food at 545 pm for delivery on a Sunday. Their delivery driver decides to not return to restaurant,,,so then we don’t get our order,,,,great business practice!! I’m disgusted!

Not the greatest. Lo mein was stuck in one clump. Very bland. Tasted like mr noodle w no seasoning!

I admire this spot! They serve excellent meals, they have a rich menu, The cook in that place is an expert, I enjoy a lot eating all their food. The food is consistently good, the attitude towards the customers is good. I go often to this place and I was never unhappy. Highly recommended.

If I could give it a zero Stars I would. Very gross. The oil was not fresh. Items were inedible. Very disappointing.

Nice little place on concession. Friendly lady took our orders. Food came not long after. Got the Dinner for one A. Buddy got the Dinner for one B. Lots of food. Great value. I would go again.

Ordered a variety of dishes including Cantonese chow mien, beef and broccoli to name a few. Sadly it was horrible. Nice older couple running the place, I think they just don't care about the taste of there food. Very bland, lots of noodles nothing else and no taste. Very disappointed after spending $60 and picked it up. Never again.

Ordered from here last night. The rice was dry, the egg roll was so greasy I just threw it out. Didn’t eat much of it at all. About an hour later came down with nausea and sweats (mild food poisoning). Won’t be back. Recommend highly against this place. The only pro was the Door Dash Driver who was super friendly. The food came really fast, which impressed me at first until I realized it was all just pre-made and sitting there multiplying harmful bacteria’s. Go somewhere else. Basically, go anywhere else.

Order of over $70.00. Every dish was glutinous. It was corn starch as the main ingredient. Awful. Trying to find a good Chinese restaurant in the Hamilton area; moved from Richmond Hill where Asian cuisine is tops.. culinary wasteland in Hamilton/Ancaster...
